Background; Around 15-20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. The yolk sac initially forms at around 5 weeks gestation and may be viewed via ultrasonography. Both the fetal heart rate can utilized as predictors first trimester result, Aim objectives; to determine relationship between early abortion each ultrasound characteristics measured during (gestational size, fetus activity). Subjects methods; This prospective cohort research was done on 200 pregnant women their with a week 6 Al-Azhar University's department obstetrics gynecology. Result; According ultimate conclusion ultrasonographic findings study group, (2.5%) 34 losses were missed abortions (fetal pole without detectable pulsations), 10 (5%) blighted ovaries, 7 (3.5%) partial miscarriages, 12 (6%) complete miscarriages. conclusion; During pregnancy, monitoring these (FHR, YS diameter shape, GS diameter) proven great, useful, non - invasive tool evaluation, prognosis, follow-up women. When gestational diameter, CRL, embryo recorded all same time, they able prognosis better than when characteristic used separately.
